Educator Faqs

Q

Where can I easily access each framework?

A

Under “Resources” on the menu bar, educators can click on the “Frameworks” tab to find a one-stop page with all of the frameworks listed.

Q

I am having trouble with my login information. What can I do?

A

On the Support page, there are email addresses that belong to the Interns of the PATHS Project. Contact one of them and they will help you as soon as possible.

Q

Some of the frameworks are incomplete. When will they be completed?

A

We are working with the Colleges and Universities to complete all the information. All the missing information on the frameworks will be input soon.

Q

Where can I create an account to have access to the Educator portal?

A

When you first enter the website, click on the Educator Portal. Next, click on “Sign up with email” and put your email address and unique password. The PATHS Project will receive an email and verify that you are an educator and approve your account.

Where did you get all the information from?

A

All the information has been gathered from the Colleges and Universities that are mentioned in PATHS Central. Other information such as Salary has been obtained from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics or other reputable sources of information.

Are you having difficulty navigating the website teachers? We have included the PATHS Central Website Manual that will help you navigate the website and explain the purpose of pages such as Cybermentoring or the Nursing Pathways.

This is the PATHS Guide for 2020 - 2021. It is a calendar that lists all the activities that will occur during this time period.

Why do I not have access to the “Frameworks” page under the “Resources” tab?

A

Frameworks are designed specifically for educators; therefore, only educators will have the access to all frameworks provided on the website.

Q

Is there some way I can have access to the information from the Frameworks?

A

Students can request the information from their teachers who have access to it. The teacher’s role is to guide students by their grade level so they can achieve their goal of being a part of their program of interest.

What if I cannot find information about my program of interest?

A

Under the tab “About PATHS”, there will be a drop-down menu with “Contact Us” on the bottom. Put down your information and ask us what information you are interested in. Another possibility is that we are working on gathering the information and will put it on the website as soon as possible.

A

Why isn’t my College/University of interest not in PATHS Central?

A

The PATHS Project is working with some colleges/universities that have healthcare programs that students are interested in. It may be that your college/university of interest did not have any healthcare programs that are the main focus of the PATHS Project.
